Role Description

Being physically prepared is important.

Bring weather appropriate clothing such as warm/ waterproofed clothes and sunscreen if necessary. On site you will receive a volunteer t-shirt and a cap, which you will wear at all times (in cold weather on top of your outermost layer). After your shift your shirt and cap are yours to keep.

It is important to have sturdy and waterproofed shoes (rain boots for the course). Even if it is not raining you might end up near a pond or mud obstacle and should prevent wet feet. No matter which shoes you choose, they should be comfortable.

If needed, make sure to bring enough snacks to keep your energy up.
